Through the years of experience, Jamil has developed a keen sense of understanding what it takes to get the job done.
Jamil uses his first-hand experience to help guide new investors through all steps of their new construction or rehab project, as well as act as a second set of eyes for his more experienced clients. From unclogging tenants’ toilets in the middle of the night to million-dollar renovations, Jamil has seen it all when it comes to property management and is always trying to help his clients learn from his mistakes! Jamil has been investing in real estate since 2012 and understands firsthand the exciting possibilities that this business holds.
