- Comment: The house itself is spacious and comfortable, the landlord is understanding, it is a comfy situation especially for students, good price too. While I was living here the house was still a work in progress. We kept having leaks till a part eventually caved in ,the landlord tried to get the continuous arising issues fixed swiftly most times, the gate wasn’t fixed till I left. The workers kept coming into the apartment mostly unannounced , when we were around and even when absent, as ladies I and my housemate frowned at this act.

FOR A PLACE TO LIVE do business per the federal Fair Housing Laws. The law makes illegal any discrimination in the sale, lease, or rental of housing, or making housing otherwise unavailable, because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
