The house is ideal for students located close to universities, medical centers, and downtown. Apartment B1 is located on the first floor of the property, offering self-contained facilities away from the rest of the house.  The entrance to the apartment once inside Ruth House is via its own, lockable door. It is secure and private, ceiling fan, and own walk-in closet in each room.  The whole apartment has modern laminate flooring and lighting.  The property boasts central heating and cooling and double glazed windows. Secure parking spaces ($100 per year) are also available. The view will be the new TSU library and closer to the university than the university dorm.

The Main Property:

The main house was owned and lived by Artist John Bigger. He was one of the most prominent African-American artists in Texas and helped found the art department at Texas Southern University. An impressive and very spacious house in an exceptional ideal location, which is off the road within its own private complex, thus not having crowds of people passing by. The property is so convenient for the Texas Southern University (1-minute walk) and the University of Houston. This huge student home boasts 7 bedrooms over 2 floors and is central to local cafes and Downtown Houston.

We don’t require guarantors or administration fees and offer individual tenancy agreements.
