All tenants have their own modern bathroom with a shower, sink, mirror, and high-efficiency dual-flush elongated toilet. The bathroom is fully tiled.

The spacious, open-concept kitchen has been upgraded with granite counters, plenty of cabinet space, and includes an oven, fridge/freezers, and cooktop.

Laundry:

The laundry facility is located within the complex. There are full-sized, coin-operated washers and dryers. The laundry system uses Pay Mobile, a chinless system where students can start laundry machines via Bluetooth, check balances, and add value to their accounts.

Management:

We’ve ensured that our apartments are thoughtfully designed to suit the needs of today’s students. Prices include gas, electric, water, and broadband (boasting the fastest available broadband business connections in the area). We also regularly maintain the lawn and pest control. No guarantors or administration fees are required, and we offer individual tenancy agreements. Since we own and manage all our student properties, we are committed to maintaining them to a high standard – our maintenance service is second to none!
